I. Purpose of the course

1. The core idea of Zen dance, the study of mind and melody.
Learn the heart method of Zen dance, explain the core elements of Zen dance in depth, and experience it through practice
2. Learn the basic movements of Zen dance and the evolution of basic movements.
3. Meditation with seven sitting-meditation method:
Master the correct sitting posture in meditation, learn meditation skills, and cultivate concentration and inner peace.
(B) Zen dance and physical and mental healing

By dancing freely, you can release your inner emotions, realize self-healing, enhance your self-awareness and bloom your body and mind.
2. Dancing in pairs-Healing the relationship between emotion and healing.
